The products illustrated on this site have photos for indicative purposes only and may not exactly correspond to the finished product, title and description are the main reference.
The sales prices of the products illustrated on the site are inclusive of taxes (no additional costs).
Shipping costs are indicated in the cart and are €8 for Italy up to €150 of products, free over €150. For other countries they are set at €20.

Warranty

Sales are assisted by guarantees for faults and defects established by law. Pursuant to article 53 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005, if the customer is a consumer, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations. To exercise this right, the customer must send a written communication within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The communication is addressed, upon notification, by post to ff.motori.info@gmail.com. The must then be returned to the customer within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. We will refund the full amount paid (shipping costs excluded) after verifying the integrity of the goods. Returns or replacement of products

The replacement of products for  incorrect purchase (e.g. wrong color selection or wrong application) is managed by F&F in various ways, but no shipping costs are reimbursed. Contact us for more information or follow the form: https://ffmotori.shipping-portal.com/rp/ .

In the event of malfunctions or production defects, it is preferable to have direct contact, in order to choose a return / refund method (total or partial) suitable for the situation.
